Alfred Morales

It appears; after further assessments and statements given, Mr Alfred Morales sort after legal aid of defence to obtain a reprieve from the death penalty; with a statement put forward indicting the proposed-conviction that was based on partial circumstantial evidence, therefore by legality of law, Mr Alfred Morales should be released, as it appears that Mr Morales was sentenced under circumstantial evidence to obtain a conviction of what is actually illegal under official liberty laws' of the American-democratic-rights-bill, and that the current reprieve from the death sentence, was granted by the forwarding advancements of Mr Morales's legal-aid-defence-solicitor:

In further light of the circumstance, it is suggested that Mr Morales was not conscious at the time of the aggravated assault on the 12 year old minor, if this is the case, then a slight blow to the head, at the time the assault had taken place, could have caused Mr Morales a minor black out of unconsciousness, this would have given the appropriate offenders the opportunity to frame Mr Morales' for a unprecedented attack on a youth that may have had attitude grievance with other local neighbourhood youths', who could have quite easily attacked both young men, from behind, when they were exchanging drugs and or other indulgences of drug substances', of what is not uncommon, among youths' in America of all ages' to dabble-in, together as a friendly relaxant. As this was frowned upon, in more higher status circles' of communities', Mr Morales' found it even more harder to admit supplying a minor with drugs for recreational use. And that because of intoxication's' of substance and circumstance at the time, with age related problems of articulation skills' Mr Morales', was unable to obtain the appropriate defence statements to allow him a complete reprieve of sentence, and has served a sentence whereby-there was no conclusive audit to suggest otherwise; of guilt without any a shadow of doubt, whereby the jury can see this is not the case and there is in fact floors' in the acknowledgements of the earlier accusations posed and convicted on grounds' of ; against Mr Morales'. ]

Asking a judicial pardon on the grounds' of conviction under circumstantial evidences', and no solid evidences' of other foundations put forward by the prosecution

Reprieve of sentence should be granted under the suggested programme earlier described.
